Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Technology division in support of concierge healthcare services. This mid-level analyst will transcend traditional reporting by architecting the core data infrastructure that guides business decisions and becoming a trusted consultant on clinical operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and upkeep dashboards and reports monitoring critical healthcare indicators such as patient outcomes, usage trends, provider effectiveness, and member satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify data requirements and provide robust self-service analytics tools.
• Perform ad hoc analytical projects to answer key business questions and aid strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain semantic data layers ensuring organizational data accessibility and reliability.
• Build structured data environments to support automated analytics and reporting workflows.
• Create data models that appropriately balance technical detail with business usability.
• Define and enforce data quality benchmarks and implement monitoring mechanisms.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of concierge healthcare operations spanning clinical and business aspects.
• Convert complex healthcare data into clear, influential narratives aiding decision-making at all corporate levels.
• Work closely with leadership teams to uncover opportunities that enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Transition from data provider to strategic partner shaping organizational direction.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong command of SQL with skills to write efficient, optimized queries.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Omni, or equivalents.
• Excellent analytical aptitude capable of structuring ambiguous problems into logical frameworks.
• Effective communication skills for articulating technical insights to non-technical audiences.
• 3–5 years experience in data analysis or related fields preferred.
• Healthcare sector experience, especially in value-based care or concierge medicine models, is desirable.
• Understanding of data modeling and principles of analytics engineering.
• Collaborative experience across clinical, operational, and executive teams.

Compensation

The salary for this role ranges between $110,000 and $140,000 annually.
