Role Overview
As a Data Analyst at Sedgwick, you will support data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis. This telecommuting position provides flexibility and autonomy, enabling you to grow professionally within a fast-expanding, industry-leading company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and report data while ensuring its integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and distribute reports used to monitor data quality and performance.
- Assist with client setup and maintenance documentation as necessary.
- Provide support for internal and external stakeholders with reporting tools and installations.
- Create exception reports to detect inaccurate data entries.
- Generate customized reports tailored for clients.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, data analysis, and transforming insights into actionable recommendations. Proficiency with tools like SQL, Power BI, Python, and Microsoft Fabric, alongside strong communication skills for presenting findings, is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred.
- At least five years of relevant experience, combining education and work; two years of query and report writing highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in query and report generation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC literacy.
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to meet or exceed set performance standards.

For California-based hires, the starting salary ranges from 56,959 to 79,743 USD annually, depending on experience and skill set.
