Role Summary

The Data Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, Ohio. This analyst will gather, cleanse, and evaluate clinical, operational, and wellness data to deliver insights that enhance patient care and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities include developing reports and dashboards, detecting trends in patient outcomes and treatment success, and providing data-driven recommendations to leadership. Collaboration with medical, administrative, and management teams is essential to improve data standardization, ensure quality, and adhere to healthcare data privacy regulations. Additional duties involve documenting analytic techniques, tracking key performance indicators, and contributing to ongoing process improvements across hospital and wellness center operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in data cleaning, statistical analysis, and descriptive statistics.
• Experience with spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, and at least one analytics or visualization platform, for example, Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of querying databases using SQL or similar languages to extract and manage data from diverse sources.
• Ability to produce clear, concise reports and dashboards, communicating insights effectively to audiences without technical backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, especially applied to healthcare or wellness data.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with capability to collaborate effectively in a team environment on-site.
• Preferred educational background includes bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Healthcare Analytics, or comparable disciplines.
• Experience handling healthcare or patient-sensitive data and understanding compliance and privacy standards is advantageous.
