Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an orderly, clean, and properly arranged Dairy/Frozen department, ensuring it remains customer-ready at all times.
• Regularly rotate products and check for expired items to guarantee product freshness and adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing, signing, and shelf labeling according to company procedures including ordering, clearance, markups, markdowns, and pricing adjustments.
• Comply with cold chain protocols and food safety regulations by performing temperature checks, calibrating thermometers, proper food handling, product rotation with attention to sell-by and expiration dates, and sanitation routines.
• Keep merchandising displays and promotional features up to standard to support sales initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by promptly cleaning spills and removing debris, following all health and safety policies.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.

Challenges in the Role

• Manage the overnight work schedule efficiently to maintain focus and energy.
• Handle a fast-paced workload with multiple restocking and recovery tasks, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $18.40.
