About FunnelCockpit

Work Environment
We operate as a remote-first team, eliminating the traditional office setup. You will work entirely from home, with the option to utilize a co-working space if preferred. Our collaboration is powered by modern tools including Slack for communication, Linear for task and ticket management, and Intercom for direct customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and solution-driven customer support through Intercom communication channels.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer inquiries in Linear and collaborate closely with product and development teams.
- Participate in testing new product features and contribute to enhancing our Knowledge Base and AI functionalities.
- Relay valuable customer feedback to help improve FunnelCockpit continuously.
- Engage proactively by contributing your own ideas and working independently.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service roles, preferably within digital environments such as SaaS, E-Commerce, or IT support.
- Fluency in both German and English to facilitate international team communication.
- Strong technical aptitude and readiness to adapt to new tools.
- A solution-first mindset paired with courteous and effective problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work reliably, in a structured and autonomous manner from a home office setting.
Additional Desirable Skills
- Experience with marketing tools or funnel/landing page builders.
- Exposure to SEO and performance marketing channels such as Facebook Ads or Google Ads.
