Job Overview
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative with 1-3 years of experience in customer support, service operations, or case management. The ideal candidate excels in email and SMS support, demonstrates excellent written communication skills, and maintains professional email etiquette. This role requires attentive adherence to company policies and SOPs, decision-making based on established guidelines, and the ability to handle multiple cases concurrently while meeting service-level agreements in a dynamic startup environment. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools and CRM/ticketing platforms is essential.
Working Hours
- Shift 2: Thursday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PT (36 hours per week)
- Shift 3: Monday to Wednesday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PT (27 hours per week)
- Shift 4: Monday to Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PT (27 hours per week)
