Customer Support Executive - US Lead Generation

Role Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven professionals to become part of our International Voice Process team targeting the US market. This position requires making outbound calls to potential US customers to identify business leads and opportunities. Excellent English communication and confidence in customer interactions are essential. Candidates must be passionate about reaching and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients in the US.
• Generate and verify leads by contacting existing customers.
• Upsell suitable financial products while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Engage in clear and respectful communication throughout customer conversations.
• Establish rapport with prospects ensuring a professional approach.
• Record lead information, call results, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Perform prompt follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and performance targets.
• Handle objections from customers skillfully and professionally.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and client guidelines.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales-related activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and attentive listening abilities.
• Proficiency in spoken English with a neutral accent.
• Experience in International Voice Process, US Sales, Telemarketing, or Lead Generation ranging from 6 months to 1 year.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and skill in building customer relationships.
• Basic familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Goal-oriented mindset with dedication to meeting sales and lead targets.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Available to work fixed night shifts suited to US timings.

Additional Information

• Job Location: Thane, Maharashtra.
• Work Schedule: Fixed night shift from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM, Monday through Friday.
• Weekends fixed off on Saturday and Sunday.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should have between six months and one year of experience in international voice processes, lead generation, telemarketing, inside sales, or US customer handling. Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply. Preference is given to candidates with prior experience in US, UK, or Australian processes and those ready for immediate joining.
