직무 설명
Job Overview
As a Customer Support Associate, you will manage customer inquiries and assist users with their digital banking services. Your role involves responding to customer requests across multiple communication platforms, ensuring effective and accurate support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer queries professionally via various channels.
- Resolve issues by providing precise information and timely solutions, mainly in English, Hindi, or other regional languages.
- Accurately record all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by following established service protocols and procedures.
- Work closely with colleagues and other departments to escalate and solve complex concerns.
- Continuously update yourself on product knowledge, policy updates, and procedure changes.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Graduated in any field of study.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of digital banking platforms.
Working Hours
- Shift timings are rotational for male employees.
- Female employees have fixed shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly compensation of INR 25,000 as CTC.
- Job offer upon selection.
