About the Role
Fiverr is seeking a Customer Success Manager dedicated to fostering retention and expansion among our key customers through a deep understanding of their business objectives and supporting their growth on our platform. This role involves empowering Fiverr sellers to maximize platform benefits and achieve success.
The ideal candidate excels in building long-lasting relationships, is passionate about customer success, and demonstrates proactive problem-solving along with strong communication and presentation capabilities.
Our hybrid work structure combines remote and in-office environments to optimize productivity.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a US base salary ranging from 80000 to 88000, determined by various factors including experience, expertise, location, and market standards. Besides salary, candidates may be eligible for equity options and additional benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding demos for high-value clients.
- Establish and nurture enduring customer relationships.
- Drive retention rates and growth among Fiverr’s prime users.
- Act as the customer advocate, providing feedback and insights to shape product and marketing strategies.
- Spot business development opportunities and deliver exceptional customer experiences to boost loyalty.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on product usage and functionalities to enhance client performance.
- Lead educational presentations to share best practices and product capabilities.
- Offer strategic guidance to deepen customer commitment to Fiverr.
- Employ AI technologies to analyze and understand customer needs more deeply.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in account management or customer success within the technology industry.
- Fluent English skills are mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication talents.
- Proven ability to deliver customer-centric solutions and conduct successful onboarding sessions.
- Analytical mindset to interpret data, generate insights, and manage ambiguity effectively.
- A passion for technology and the Gig Economy landscape.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Slides, is preferred.
- Experience utilizing AI tools is required.
