Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Executive for our Dubai office. This full-time position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining onsite and remote work options. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of users and partner accounts, ensuring outstanding experiences with Creative Galileo's offerings and fostering sustained product adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues through multiple channels such as email, phone, and digital platforms.
- Monitor user engagement and satisfaction data to identify accounts at risk and work closely with product, content, and technical teams to implement customer-focused solutions.
- Assist in onboarding new customers and contribute to creating educational resources that improve user knowledge and satisfaction.
- Participate in initiatives designed to boost customer retention and build loyalty to the brand and its products.
Required Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing capabilities with expertise in customer satisfaction and support, maintaining professional conduct when managing inquiries and problems.
- Experience in customer retention and managing accounts with an emphasis on developing enduring client relationships and promoting ongoing product use.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret customer metrics and derive actionable insights supporting service enhancements.
- Exceptional communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Ability to effectively manage time and organize tasks in a hybrid working scenario based in Dubai.
- Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory due to field job requirements.
