Opportunity Overview
Join the Lysaght business within BlueScope's Customer Service Team located in Devonport, Tasmania. Lysaght, established in Australia since 1921, produces and markets steel building materials that have contributed significantly to the nation's architectural heritage—from residential roofing to large commercial ventures.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person, by phone, and email to manage various inquiries.
- Prepare and follow up on customer quotations while supporting sales teams.
- Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide precise and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods.
- Build, maintain, and manage internal and external business relationships.
- Complete tasks promptly and maintain updated records in systems.
- Address and resolve customer issues, continuously seeking improvements to their experience.
