Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

• Handle Customer Service and Logistics operations covering regions such as India, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination within the Customer Service & Logistics (CS&L) team, regional CS&L teams, service engineers, and other cross-functional departments.
• Conduct stock inventory audits at third-party logistics (3PL) facilities.
• This role operates from the Singapore office location.

Qualifications and Experience

• Preferred experience of 2 to 3 years in customer service or logistics roles.
• Possession of a bachelor's degree or diploma in any discipline or related field is required.
