Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Logistics Assistant, you will be responsible for seamless end-to-end order management—from accurate registration and order tracking to ensuring timely delivery. Serving as the primary contact for clinics and hospitals, you will maintain effective communication, resolve inquiries swiftly, and support smooth client relations. You will oversee billing and invoicing processes connected to orders and logistics, collaborate closely with the sales team to meet customer requirements, and contribute to daily logistics operations including inventory control and goods receipt verification. Coordination with logistics partners, couriers, and transport providers to guarantee on-time deliveries is also a critical aspect of your role.

Candidate Profile and Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer service, order management, or combined logistics and administrative roles. Fluency in German (native or proficient) and intermediate English skills (B1/B2) are essential for effective communication with the European team. Technical proficiency in MS Excel, including data entry and basic formulas, is required. Experience with SAP systems is highly advantageous. The role demands excellent multitasking abilities, a proactive and adaptable approach to operational changes, and strong interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships with healthcare clients. Candidates must be based in or near Munich and fully available for a 100% on-site position.
