About the Role
This position as a Customer Sales and Support Advisor is based in Central London, offering a hybrid work schedule with two days per week onsite at Finsbury Circus and the remainder working from home. This is an excellent opportunity for students, recent graduates, or individuals passionate about customer service seeking to build experience within a fast-paced property sector environment. Comprehensive training will take place onsite prior to a primarily remote working arrangement, and all necessary equipment will be supplied.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound customer communications through phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Address booking inquiries promptly and resolve any client issues with efficiency.
- Deliver polite and professional support to customers throughout interactions.
- Prepare and review straightforward agreements and handle customer application processing.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in internal systems and ensure organized record keeping.
Candidate Profile
- Effective and confident verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exhibit a courteous and professional demeanor over the phone.
- Capable of multitasking and maintaining organizational skills in a demanding environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable with online platforms.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset to contribute positively to the team.
Work Schedule and Additional Details
- Working hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Occasional weekend shifts may be required during peak periods, with compensatory time off provided.
- Hourly pay is set at £14, with additional holiday pay.
