Role Overview
This position involves overseeing customer lifecycle and engagement initiatives utilizing multiple digital channels such as Email, SMS, IVR, and other platforms like Netcore. The specialist will be responsible for designing and managing customer communication schedules, automating campaigns, and evaluating their effectiveness through comprehensive reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across diverse communication channels effectively.
- Develop detailed communication calendars and automate customer engagement workflows with measurable KPIs.
- Produce and supervise marketing materials including brochures, presentations, videos, and launch communications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Compliance, IT, Sales, and external partners to ensure smooth campaign implementation and product launch.
- Administer marketing operations encompassing invoice processing, vendor liaison, AMS/UIN maintenance, and adherence to marketing compliance standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated 5 to 12 years of professional experience in Customer Lifecycle Management or equivalent domains.
- Proficient in utilizing CRM platforms, notably Salesforce.com or similar software, to drive marketing objectives.
- Exhibit excellent stakeholder engagement and project coordination capabilities.
