Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to manage inbound and outbound communications aimed at resolving client inquiries efficiently. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing detailed information about products or services, delivering comprehensive resolutions, and maintaining a high standard of service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer calls and emails, both inbound and outbound.
- Comprehend and address customer requirements accurately.
- Communicate product and service benefits effectively to customers.
- Deliver full-cycle solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ask appropriate probing questions to clarify customer issues.
- Accurately document all customer information in a timely manner.
- Follow up diligently with brands according to the escalation protocol until resolution is achieved.
- Keep up-to-date with all products, procedures, and services offered by the client.
- Strictly adhere to quality standards and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with teammates, subject matter experts, and team leaders.
- Maintain perfect compliance with scheduled work timings.
- Escalate calls to Team Leader or Manager when necessary.
- Handle difficult or demanding customers with tact and professionalism.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Typing proficiency of at least 15 words per minute with 75% accuracy.
- Basic computer skills with familiarity in internet usage.
- A process-oriented mindset with the ability to think systemically.
- Intermediate to good command of English and Hindi communication.
- Polished telephone etiquette and a customer-centric attitude.
- A strong eagerness to learn and develop skills.
Additional Information
Salary for this position ranges from INR 13,000 to INR 15,000 per month.
Work Location
This role is based onsite in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
