Job Overview
We seek a committed Customer Care Executive to join our Adelaide-based team in a full-time permanent capacity. This role involves leveraging your customer service expertise to develop and maintain strong customer relationships, conduct outgoing calls to schedule jobs, and promote customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Duties
- Provide service and support to national and key clients.
- Prepare service contracts and handle purchase order processing.
- Schedule and coordinate technician appointments to ensure seamless client service.
- Communicate daily with customers, addressing inquiries and proactively resolving issues.
- Collaborate with Customer Services, Sales, Services, and Operations teams to meet objectives.
- Initiate outbound calls to an existing client base to promote products and services.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in customer service, administration, or account management roles.
- Demonstrated ability in customer retention strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills at an intermediate level.
- Competence in handling complaints and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Capability to multitask, work under pressure, and function independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for collaborating within a team environment.
