Position Overview

The CT Applications Specialist for Australia and New Zealand focuses on supporting post-sales CT system installations, user training, customer service activities, and live operational assistance on site. Additionally, this role involves delivering formal technical and clinical support during the CT sales process, including product demonstrations and clinical trial support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support CT sales by providing clinical and technical expertise and assisting sales teams with application support and sales tools creation.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations, highlighting features, capabilities, applications, and benefits tailored to customer needs identified during discovery.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers covering software, applications, and equipment usage effectively.
  • Oversee CT installation processes in your territory to ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Manage clinical handover procedures and finalize installation checklists with clients.
  • Plan follow-up visits and additional training as required to optimize system use.
  • Enhance customer retention through continuing education focused on equipment optimization.
  • Compile and contribute to image libraries for marketing materials and presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • Clinical or technical qualifications in Diagnostic Radiography or Medical Radiation Science.
  • Minimum of three years clinical or technical experience with CT, with preference for experience on GE platforms.
  • Proven competency in clinical scanning techniques and proficiency with current CT technologies.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across specified geographic regions and nationwide.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective stakeholder relationships and collaborate widely.
