Job Responsibilities
- Lead group CrossFit classes effectively.
- Conduct individualized personal training sessions.
- Perform comprehensive fitness assessments for members.
- Design and implement class programming tailored to members' needs.
- Provide guidance on movement corrections and appropriate exercise scaling.
- Engage actively with members to foster a supportive fitness community.
Qualification and Requirements
- Possession of at least a CrossFit Level 1 Certification.
- Strong communication, cueing, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to work with clients across diverse fitness levels and backgrounds.
- Genuine enthusiasm for assisting others in achieving their fitness objectives.
