Position Summary

The role of a Crew Member involves collaborating effectively with team members to complete lawn and landscaping tasks as designated by the Crew Leader. Communication with peers and supervisors is integral to fulfilling daily objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work efficiently either independently or as part of a team to support the Crew Leader and fellow crew members in completing assigned daily duties.
• Handle various landscaping equipment and apply horticultural knowledge, mowing skills, and authorized chemical treatments under guidance.
• Ensure all work areas and equipment are kept organized, clean, and safe, adhering to safety protocols and cost efficiency.
• Perform assigned tasks effectively as directed, maintaining productivity standards.
• Manage and safeguard all company vehicles, tools, trailers, and equipment while assigned.
• Follow all company policies from the employee handbook and promptly report any breaches.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, uphold a professional image, and represent the company positively at all times.
• Focus on quality, safety, efficiency, and minimizing operational costs in all activities.
