About the Role
We are partnering with a leading D2C subscription brand based in the UK, known for rapid growth and market leadership since its launch four years ago. They are seeking a Creative Strategist to join their performance creative team working remotely in the UK. This role focuses on developing impactful paid social advertisements across platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute compelling paid social media ads that capture attention and drive direct response.
- Collaborate within a performance creative team to optimize ad performance and innovation.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in performance creative roles.
- Background working with D2C brands either in-house or agency-side.
- Proven ability to create highly effective paid advertisements.
- Strong creative thinking skills, particularly for direct response advertising campaigns.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £50,000, with possible flexibility depending on experience.
- Bonus scheme offering £100 for each successful ad, with the potential to earn an extra £1,000 monthly.
