Courier

Role Overview

This position entails the secure collection and timely delivery of packages along prescribed routes while upholding rigorous schedules. The courier is responsible for verifying package contents through scanning to ensure order accuracy during both pickup and drop-off phases. Delivering outstanding customer service and confirming the secure packaging of parcels is essential, along with promptly reporting any complications such as damaged items or address discrepancies. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications

Candidates should have completed secondary education or an equivalent level. A minimum of one year’s professional driving experience is required. Applicants must hold a relevant Australian driver’s license, specifically either a Class C (Car) or Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License.
