Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Counter Manager to join our team in Auckland, delivering premium service within the luxury skincare segment. Key Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of three to five years’ experience as a Counter Manager, preferably within beauty or luxury retail sectors such as department stores.
• A proven ability to achieve outstanding sales results consistently.
• Demonstrated success managing, developing, and motivating teams to build a positive and high-achieving environment.
• Strong commitment to building long-lasting relationships with both clients and team members.
• Experience working in luxury retail settings with a deep understanding of skincare products and services.
• Full working rights in New Zealand are required.
