Corporate Banking Specialist

Overview

This role involves acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Retail and Corporate Banking Operations, specifically supporting Temenos T24 core banking transformation initiatives across back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in Retail and Corporate Banking Operations to facilitate T24 transformation programs.
• Handle gathering and documenting requirements, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), manage project scope, and coordinate with vendors.
• Develop the target operating model, perform process mapping, and establish business rules related to banking operations.
• Support and oversee data migration efforts, including cleansing, mapping, and balancing reconciliations.
• Lead testing phases and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect management and validating requirements.
• Facilitate change management activities and training delivery by preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, and ensuring operational readiness.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 11 years of experience working on Temenos core banking transformation projects with significant client-facing business analyst or SME roles.
• Extensive knowledge of Middle East Retail and Corporate Islamic Banking products and processes, including accounts, deposits, financing, and payments.
• Certification as a Temenos consultant, with at least 5 years implementing Islamic AA and TPH modules.
