About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Core Java Backend Developer to join our innovative team. The primary focus will be on developing robust backend services using Spring Boot microservices architecture. You will collaborate with diverse teams to build high-impact projects, enhancing our company’s reputation.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement efficient backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to seamlessly integrate new features ensuring an excellent user experience.
- Engage in code reviews and help enhance the overall system architecture.
- Work alongside DevOps to facilitate smooth deployment and scalable service management.
- Design and sustain comprehensive data models that support performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges leveraging strong problem-solving skills.
- Develop automation for testing and maintain high-quality code standards.
- Stay informed about latest industry trends and emerging technologies; provide strategic advice for system enhancement.
- Lead by example, mentoring junior developers and disseminating knowledge within the team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years’ experience in Core Java backend development.
- Profound hands-on experience with Core Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven implementation of microservices in live production environments.
- Experience in designing and building RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
- Competency with any SQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Practical knowledge of AWS services in backend deployments.
- Skill in developing scalable backend systems with clean, maintainable codebase.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing tools.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts in data science.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
- Relevant certifications in Java or Spring Boot development are advantageous.
