Role overview
The Copy Centre is a vital part of the store, serving customers who need printing and copying support. In this role, you will help deliver a high level of service and ensure customers receive the print solutions they need.
Working hours
- Tuesday: 8:30 am to 3:00 pm
- Wednesday to Friday: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
Key duties
This position involves hands-on copy and print work, along with helping customers with a range of output requirements. You will be expected to support tasks such as photocopying, binding, working with PDF files, handling graphics, and producing different kinds of print material.

The ideal candidate brings a warm, positive approach and enjoys working in a service-focused environment. Strong attention to detail and clear communication are important. Retail experience is helpful, and the role suits someone comfortable being on their feet for extended periods, though this is not essential.
