Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals while strictly adhering to hygiene and internal quality standards
• Conduct quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes
• Act as the kitchen manager's substitute during their absence

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training as a cook
• Experience in large-scale kitchen settings, preferably senior care catering
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and hygiene standards according to § 43 (certified)
• Proficient with computers, especially MS Word and Excel
• Motivated to pursue ongoing professional learning
• Friendly and respectful demeanor when interacting with residents and their families
