About the Role

Kinetic Business Solutions is collaborating with a renowned pharmaceutical firm to recruit a Legal Contract Manager for its growing legal division based in the UAE. This role is ideal for a legal expert with demonstrated expertise in managing commercial contracts within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle including drafting, reviewing, finalizing, executing, and renewing agreements.
• Support legal operations by keeping contract documentation, templates, and governance processes up to date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Commercial, Finance, and Business Development to provide prompt legal support aligned with business requirements.
• Keep track of contractual obligations, ensure compliance, and assess legal risks across diverse markets.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and assist in legal projects, reporting tasks, and enhancing existing processes.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a legally related field.
• Relevant experience managing commercial contracts in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or similarly regulated manufacturing industries.
• Background in supporting manufacturing operations is advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of contract lifecycle management, legal documents, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement, effective communication, and organization.
