Role Responsibilities

Formulate and implement strategies like Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI Optimization (AIO) to enhance presence on AI-driven search platforms.
Track brand visibility, citation effectiveness, and AI platform performance, translating findings into strategic content refinements.
Design and manage AI-enhanced content workflows using tools akin to Claude for drafting, editing, labeling, and updating materials.
Set and uphold quality benchmarks and review procedures to ensure AI-produced content is precise, consistent, and adheres to brand standards.
Oversee content update cycles to sustain relevance, visibility, and performance of existing resources.
Recruit and coordinate freelance writers, agencies, multimedia contributors, and AI agents involved in content creation.
Develop comprehensive content briefs and editorial guidelines for contributors.
Conduct thorough proofreading, editing, and quality assurance of all published content to guarantee clarity and accuracy.
Mentor writers by delivering constructive feedback to progressively enhance content quality.
Support growth initiatives for digital communities, including maintaining active engagement within relevant online groups.
Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to guide strategy, topic selection, format decisions, and prioritization of content efforts.

Candidate Requirements

Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI tools similar to Claude for content workflow creation and optimization.
Solid knowledge of AEO, GEO, and AIO principles and their effects on digital content visibility.
Outstanding skills in writing, proofreading, editing, and ensuring content quality.
Experience in producing B2B SaaS content or working within tech-centric content environments.
Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research and content enhancement tactics.
Proficiency in SEO and analytics platforms like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
Background in managing freelance contributors, agencies, contractors, or AI-assisted content creators.
Effective project management skills with an ability to independently prioritize and meet deadlines.
Capability to offer constructive critiques and coach contributors to uphold high editorial standards.
Excellent communication skills facilitating effective cross-team collaboration.
Experience with WordPress, content management systems, AI visibility tools, technical SEO audits, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO, or similar tools is advantageous.
Prior involvement with building AI-powered content operations or thriving within fast-paced digital settings is preferred.
