About the Role
We are seeking a creatively inclined and analytically minded Content Creator to become a part of our marketing team. This role involves producing captivating digital content and managing paid social media campaigns aimed at enhancing brand visibility, boosting engagement, and driving conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and administer content on various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, carry out, and refine paid social campaigns, overseeing all stages from ideation to tracking performance metrics.
- Create engaging short-form videos, reels, and stories that resonate with current trends while maintaining the brand's voice.
- Work closely with marketing and design teams to guarantee unified brand messaging.
- Track analytics and generate reports that provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Interact with the audience by responding to comments and fostering community engagement.
- Keep abreast of evolving social media trends, ad formats, and algorithm updates.
Candidate Requirements
- Holds a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a similar discipline.
- Possesses experience in producing content and/or managing paid social media advertisements.
- Demonstrates a proven track record in conceptualizing and producing ad creatives that yield conversions.
- Well-versed with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads is preferred.
- Excellent English proficiency combined with strong storytelling abilities.
- Basic skills in photo and video editing tools including Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
- Self-motivated, organized, attention to detail oriented, and possesses a refined aesthetic sense.
- Comfortable with filming and appearing on camera.
Additional Skills (Preferable)
- Experience collaborating with influencers or managing User Generated Content (UGC) campaigns.
- Understanding of SEO and various social media analytics platforms.
