Overview
Join a dynamic content team within one of the nation's most energetic entertainment firms. The Agile Content Creation Engagement Team (ACCET) focuses on delivering branded content, promotional creatives, and social-first videos that engage audiences on an emotional and immediate level, crafting bold concepts across various platforms.
Role Responsibilities
- Create captivating content for television, social media, websites, and other channels that attracts and retains attention.
- Write scripts, shoot original footage, and edit a variety of visual content ranging from quick social media reels to longer branded videos.
- Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams and external clients to realize creative visions.
- Manage distribution of content assets throughout the network and monitor project deliverables utilizing Adobe Workfront.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong enthusiasm for storytelling with a robust marketing perspective.
- Proficient camera operation and lighting techniques to enhance footage quality.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Ability to both lead creative concepts and independently execute production shoots.
- A portfolio demonstrating effective content creation and innovation.
- Extensive experience handling broadcast and DSLR video cameras.
- Competence in scripting both short-form and long-form video pieces.
- Skilled at writing, shooting, and editing videos to tell compelling narratives.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals including color theory, typography, and composition.
- Advanced knowledge of post-production workflow, media management, and video encoding.
- Capacity to juggle multiple projects with different production styles, coupled with strong communication abilities.
- Expertise in high-definition camera operation, motion graphics, and creative lighting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and clients.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Physical ability to handle equipment weighing over 40 pounds.
- Preferred college degree.
