Job Overview
Classic Real Estates, based in New Chandigarh, is looking for a versatile and confident individual to join their expanding team as a Content Creator. This role combines creative digital marketing responsibilities with front desk and administrative duties, serving as both the online representative and the welcoming face at the office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create 1 to 2 engaging short-form videos daily, including Reels, YouTube Shorts, property tours, and market updates.
- Confidently present real estate properties, investment insights, and tips on camera.
- Manage and post content across social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook, utilizing trending sounds and hashtags to enhance audience interaction.
- Greet clients, investors, and visitors warmly upon their arrival at the office.
- Handle incoming phone calls, respond to basic queries, and route potential leads to the sales team.
- Maintain client information, property listings, and daily records efficiently using Microsoft Excel.
- Keep the reception area clean, professional, and inviting at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong camera presence with the ability to express fluently and confidently in front of the camera.
- Basic video editing skills using mobile applications such as CapCut, InShot, or VN.
- Good understanding of social media trends, specifically for Instagram Reels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations for data management tasks.
- Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Professional and polished appearance suitable for front desk responsibilities.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media management, front office operations, or real estate is highly advantageous.
