About the Role
We invite experienced customer service leaders to step into a pivotal leadership role at I-MED Radiology Network in Hamilton. As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you will take charge of daily contact centre operations, championing a culture of excellence in service delivery and team performance from Monday to Friday with shifts between 7am and 5pm at the Anglesea Medical Centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations ensuring outstanding customer service standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development support to team members.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, implementing strategies to enhance quality and productivity.
- Create and nurture a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving team atmosphere.
- Collaborate effectively with leaders and stakeholders to meet operational targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and uphold a culture centered on excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Prior leadership experience in a contact centre or customer service setting.
- Strong skills in people management, coaching, and team development.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive mindset with dedication to delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Ability to manage priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
