Job Description

Sriram Interior is urgently seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and manage civil construction projects across various sites in Chennai. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating workers and materials, and ensuring projects adhere strictly to plans and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and monitor daily civil construction tasks at project locations.
Coordinate and manage labour, materials, and overall site functions efficiently.
Ensure project completion aligns with design drawings and established schedules.
Compile and submit daily and weekly progress reports to management.
Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams for seamless execution.
Maintain adherence to quality standards and enforce safety regulations on-site.

Eligibility Requirements

At least three years of experience in site supervision roles.
Male candidates only.
Graduates preferred for the position.
Possession of personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license is mandatory.
Basic proficiency in English communication is required.

Skills Needed

Expertise in civil site supervision and management.
Strong site coordination capabilities.
Effective labour management skills.
Proficiency in preparing site reports.
Ability to resolve on-site issues swiftly.

Additional Information

Work location involves multiple project sites throughout Chennai; candidates must be willing to travel between them.
Working hours are full-time day shifts.
Salary range is INR 20,000 to 30,000 per month.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
