Construction Project Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager specializing in the oil and gas sector, to be based in the Al Dhafra region of the UAE (Barakah, Abu Dhabi Emirate). The role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of oil and gas construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion aligned with project goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage oil and gas construction projects from start through commissioning phases.
• Prepare and control project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
• Supervise the work of contractors, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to meet project targets.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 8 to 15 years of proven experience managing construction projects within the oil and gas industry.
• Experienced with upstream, midstream, or downstream oil and gas facilities projects.
• Strong familiarity with project management approaches and recognized construction industry best practices.
• Knowledgeable in international standards such as API, ASME, ISO, and OSHA.
• Proficient in project management applications including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Possession of PMP certification is advantageous.

Additional Information

Working experience in the oil and gas sector is strictly mandatory. The position offers a salary of AED 25,000.
