About the Role
This position involves managing and configuring software solutions and other technical components for projects delivered to Wipro clients. The focus is on maintaining, updating, and supporting application configurations aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up application configurations based on client specifications.
- Gather configuration requirements from various functions, business units, and service lines and secure approval from business owners.
- Organize and accomplish configuration assignments within designated timelines.
- Provide system configuration support adapting to evolving business requirements.
- Support system analysis, design, development, and testing activities.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and testing of patch releases and upgrades.
- Maintain and update the configuration archive meticulously.
- Ensure full adherence to configuration standards and protocols.
- Modify existing configuration processes as per client demands, keeping detailed documentation and logs.
- Analyze and promptly resolve configuration-related issues.
- Manage MIS reporting and backend support tasks.
- Prepare daily and monthly status reports on configuration parameters as required by clients and stakeholders.
- Document and report in accordance with client requirements concerning configuration standards.
- Resolve issues quickly related to any requested configuration modifications or changes.
Deliverables
- Continuous Integration and Deployment with flawless onboarding and implementation, tracking throughput percentage and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Maintain high-quality outcomes, customer satisfaction, resolve queries efficiently, and complete assigned certifications for skill advancement.
Required Skills and Experience
- Mandatory experience in Coupa Platform configuration.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
