Role Overview

We are seeking a Conceptual Designer/Art Director with a background in advertising agencies or brand-side creative environments to join our London-based in-house creative team. The role requires strong visual instincts to craft compelling design campaigns across channels such as brand, performance, social media, video, digital, out-of-home (OOH), and emerging platforms.

The ideal candidate will develop creative concepts from briefs to execution maintaining exceptional craftsmanship, partner closely with multidisciplinary teams, and utilize data and audience insights to enhance creative impact. This position demands ownership, collaboration, and hands-on design skills within a forward-thinking studio.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and execute creative ideas across multiple media including brand, social, video, digital, OOH, and emerging formats.
• Manage the full creative process from ideation to high-quality execution.
• Create visually striking work that stands out in a competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, motion designers, and product teams to deliver cohesive and insight-driven campaigns.
• Contribute to the development of visual identity, campaign concepts, moodboards, presentations, and creative strategies.
• Translate product truths and business challenges into emotionally engaging visual stories.
• Leverage testing and performance data to refine and improve creative output.
• Support the team by upholding and advancing creative standards.

Requirements

• Between 5 and 7+ years of creative experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual strength and excellent craft in art direction and design.
• Curiosity, collaboration, and high motivation in creative work.
• The ability to balance creative ambition with commercial goals.
• Interest and experience in applying data, testing, and audience insight to boost creative effectiveness.
• A passion for branding, storytelling, travel, and culture.
• Enthusiasm for emerging creative technologies, including artificial intelligence.
• Experience working in advertising agencies or similarly creative environments.
• A portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across digital, social, film, OOH, and innovative platforms.
• Strong sense of typography, composition, motion, and narrative design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Production or motion design experience is a plus.
