About the Role
Join our dedicated Community Nursing Teams delivering compassionate and high-quality care to patients within their homes, greatly enhancing their quality of life. We seek passionate, motivated individuals eager to make a meaningful impact in community healthcare.

Note: Sponsorship is not available. A full UK driving licence and access to a car for work purposes are mandatory. Positions involve working 30 to 37.5 hours weekly.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical nursing care including wound and leg ulcer management, palliative care, symptom control, end-of-life care, bowel, continence, catheter care, and medication administration (including IV therapy).
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Help patients remain in their homes and prevent unnecessary hospital admissions.
- Encourage and support patient independence and self-care.
Working Conditions and Hours
The service operates daily from 08:00 to 22:00 with flexible schedules aligning with operational needs, designed to support a balanced work-life pattern. Multiple positions are available across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland, with preferences discussed at interview.
