Communications & Corporate Affairs Lead

Position Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Communications & Corporate Affairs Lead to develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for a global technology firm specializing in the transportation and infrastructure domain. This is a fully remote position involving close collaboration with the CEO and senior executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead corporate communications across diverse audiences including media, employees, investors, customers, and industry stakeholders.
• Craft and oversee executive messaging and content creation, including ghostwriting for senior leadership.
• Manage public relations initiatives and media relationships to enhance company visibility.
• Direct internal communications to engage employees effectively.
• Foster thought leadership through strategic communication efforts.
• Ensure clarity, consistency, and effectiveness in all messaging channels and touchpoints.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years' experience in corporate communications, public relations, public affairs, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated expertise in media relations complemented by strong storytelling and writing abilities.
• Proficient in executive communication development and ghostwriting for high-level leaders.
• Skilled in managing multiple stakeholder groups and communication platforms.
• Experience within technology, transportation, infrastructure, mobility, or similarly regulated sectors is highly valued.
• Background in supporting public companies, investor relations, or handling crisis communications is considered an asset.
