Job Summary
The company seeks motivated and results-driven Collection Telecallers responsible for engaging with customers to recover overdue payments, ensuring excellent service while meeting set collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with customers regarding outstanding payments and dues.
- Conduct follow-ups using calls and approved communication channels.
- Negotiate payment plans, encouraging timely settlement of accounts.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and collections.
- Address customer payment inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Meet or surpass monthly collection and recovery objectives.
- Keep collection status updated in company databases and reports.
- Refer unresolved or sensitive issues to the Team Leader promptly.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication and persuasion capabilities.
- Strong negotiation skills and effective customer relationship management.
- Basic proficiency in computer operations, particularly MS Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven work environment.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and professional behavior.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should hold either a graduate or undergraduate degree. A minimum of six months experience in collections, recovery, BPO, telecalling, or customer service is required. Fresh candidates with exceptional communication skills will also be considered.
Compensation
The salary offered ranges between 14000 and 27000 INR per month.
