직무 설명
Role and Responsibilities
- Perform complete setup tasks on CNC Turning Centres or Vertical Machining Centres following process sheets and technical drawings.
- Load CNC programs, configure work and tool offsets, and validate the initial components produced.
- Select, install, and adjust tools; monitor tool condition and replace inserts when necessary.
- Interpret engineering blueprints, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) symbols, and process documentation.
- Carry out first-piece and ongoing inspections using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and bore gauges.
- Make minor adjustments to CNC programs (Fanuc or Siemens control systems) to correct dimensional deviations.
- Meet daily production targets while ensuring rejection and rework rates remain within acceptable limits.
- Adhere to 5S workplace organization, safety protocols, and preventive maintenance routines including daily CLIT checks.
- Maintain accurate records of production and quality data using log sheets and management information systems.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Applicants with ITI certifications in Turner, Machinist, or Fitter trades, or Diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering.
- Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
