직무 설명
Role overview
This role involves managing a set of 2 to 3 HDFC Bank branches assigned to the selected candidate. The person will work closely with the branch manager and other branch team members to promote Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance products to HDFC Bank customers.
Core objective
The main focus of the position is to develop strong working relationships with branch managers and branch staff, convert branch-generated leads into completed business, and help drive higher revenue for BSLI.
Day-to-day expectations
The candidate is expected to make daily visits to every branch assigned under this role and maintain regular coordination with the concerned teams at each location.
