Role Summary
The Cluster Development Manager will spearhead strategies to foster growth and development within specific clusters, partnering internally and externally to implement initiatives that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategies that promote cluster development and expansion.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners to drive cluster-related projects.
- Utilize data analysis and market trend insights to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Track and assess cluster project performance, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support cluster development efforts.
- Represent Saint-Gobain at relevant events and conferences to advocate for cluster initiatives.
- Ensure all cluster activities comply with applicable regulations and standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Proven background in cluster or economic development roles, with at least two years of experience.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in interpreting data.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal aptitude.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing cluster development.
- Readiness to travel as required and participate in external events.
