About the Role
We are seeking experienced Clinical Study Managers to lead the operational delivery of clinical trials that directly contribute to AI systems understanding healthcare research. This fully remote contract opportunity offers flexible hours for clinical operations professionals eager to make an impact on advancing AI models through real clinical data.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage clinical trial schedules, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure studies proceed timely and efficiently.
- Oversee study financials including budgets, forecasting, and cost controls across vendors and research partners.
- Collaborate with Contract Research Organizations (CROs), investigative sites, and internal teams to facilitate smooth trial execution.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively to prevent delays or compromises in quality.
- Maintain clear communication and alignment among all stakeholders throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
- Leverage clinical expertise to support projects that enhance AI model development based on clinical data.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a clinical trial project manager with a demonstrated ability to handle budgets and timelines.
- Adept in working with CROs, external vendors, and cross-functional research teams.
- Capable of managing multiple complex tasks concurrently without sacrificing quality or focus.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.
- Excellent written communication skills for clear, consistent stakeholder engagement.
Desirable Qualifications
- Previous experience with data annotation, quality review, or AI evaluation processes.
- Exposure to various therapeutic areas and different phases of clinical studies.
- Knowledge of clinical data management systems or electronic clinical platforms.
