Role Overview

The Clinical Solutions Consultant, a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), serves as a trusted partner to individuals with complex communication needs, their caregivers, SLPs, and referral sources during the evaluation and procurement of speech-generating devices (SGDs). This role blends clinical expertise with consultative sales to assist customers throughout their AAC experience, ensuring effective evaluations, documentation, and favorable customer results while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers, care partners, SLPs, and referral sources throughout the AAC evaluation and acquisition phases.
  • Conduct clinical assessments to determine communication needs and suggest suitable AAC solutions.
  • Utilize consultative sales methods to guide decision-making and progress opportunities in the customer journey.
  • Work with SLPs to complete evaluations, make device recommendations, and prepare required clinical documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

  • Strong clinical reasoning, organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
