Role Overview

The Clinical Solutions Consultant, a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), serves as a trusted partner to individuals with complex communication needs, their caregivers, SLPs, and referral sources during the evaluation and procurement of speech-generating devices (SGDs). This role blends clinical expertise with consultative sales to assist customers throughout their AAC experience, ensuring effective evaluations, documentation, and favorable customer results while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers, care partners, SLPs, and referral sources throughout the AAC evaluation and acquisition phases.
• Conduct clinical assessments to determine communication needs and suggest suitable AAC solutions.
• Utilize consultative sales methods to guide decision-making and progress opportunities in the customer journey.
• Work with SLPs to complete evaluations, make device recommendations, and prepare required clinical documentation.
• Manage and review paperwork to ensure timely progression through acquisition processes.
• Develop and nurture professional relationships that bolster customer satisfaction and promote company growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records within company systems.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent customer experiences and resolve challenges impacting success.
• Represent Lingraphica at professional engagements, educational forums, conferences, and other events as needed.
• Meet performance goals related to customer engagement, pipeline management, documentation quality, and business targets.
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Minimum of three years' experience working with adults having complex communication needs.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with customers, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
• Strong clinical reasoning, organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. up to twice yearly for in-person team and company meetings, with possible additional travel for conferences (2–3 times annually).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting AAC evaluations and speech-generating device implementation.
• Background in consultative sales, customer engagement, or healthcare technology.
• Knowledge of insurance documentation and reimbursement processes.
• Experience with remote customer engagement and virtual consultation platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM or similar customer management systems.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Additional Information

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This fully remote position requires a dedicated and safe home workspace with reliable, secure internet access. The role involves computer operation, verbal communication, and participation in virtual meetings, with accommodations provided for individuals requiring assistance.

Travel

The position requires U.S. travel up to twice a year for corporate meetings and potentially up to three times annually for conferences and events.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $70,600 to $90,400 annually, with an additional $3,000 bilingual differential when applicable.
