About the Role

We invite passionate individuals to join us in shaping the future of clinical development by serving as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA II / Senior CRA) based remotely within Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits at clinical trial sites.
- Maintain adherence to trial protocols, ensure data accuracy, and prioritize patient safety throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
- Work closely with investigators and clinical site personnel to ensure smooth study execution.
- Review clinical data rigorously, address and resolve queries to uphold data quality.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing critical study documents such as protocols and clinical study reports.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.
- Have at least two years of autonomous clinical research monitoring experience within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory requirements, and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Exhibit strong organizational capabilities, effective communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Availability for local and interstate travel with a valid driver's license.
