Role Summary

This contractor position is for a client-oriented Client Services Manager who will act as the main contact for aesthetics clients in the UAE and the UK. The role centres on coordinating marketing work, managing client relationships, and keeping campaign delivery moving smoothly.

It is a hands-on, delivery-led role suited to someone who is highly organised, communicates clearly, and can solve problems proactively. You will work with internal teams across content, design, SEO, and PPC to ensure work is delivered as expected and within deadlines.

This is a remote contract role requiring 40 hours per week. Candidates must be located in Dubai or elsewhere in the UAE and be able to invoice as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients by understanding their objectives, expectations, and business needs.
• Create and manage project plans and timelines, then track delivery so work stays on schedule and within budget.
• Keep clients updated with progress reports, status information, and relevant insights throughout each project.
• Spot risks early, resolve issues quickly, and escalate concerns when needed.
• Coordinate with internal design, content, and marketing teams to keep projects running smoothly and clients satisfied.
• Look for ways to improve workflows, enhance the client experience, and strengthen service quality.
• Work across creative, content, and marketing functions to move delivery forward effectively.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in client services, front-of-house, account management, or project management.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or within the medical aesthetics industry.
• Strong project coordination skills, including handling several priorities at once and meeting deadlines reliably.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust style for different audiences.
• A practical, analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to develop creative solutions.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and requests can change quickly.
• A strong commitment to client satisfaction and service quality.
• Ability to manage time and work independently in a remote setting.
• Preferred: 2 years in a marketing agency environment.
• Preferred: prior exposure to medical aesthetics.
• Preferred: experience using CRM or work-management tools such as HubSpot or ClickUp.
• Must have the right to work in the UAE; sponsorship is not provided.
• Must be available full time for 40 hours per week.
• Role is for a freelancer/self-employed contractor.

Compensation and Terms

The contractor rate is AED 9,000 to AED 13,500 per month, depending on experience and capability. No additional benefits are included.

This position is open only to candidates who are based in Dubai or the wider UAE region and can invoice as an independent contractor.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote contractor role with full-time availability required.
