About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) for our jewellery showroom located in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. The role involves warmly welcoming and assisting customers while providing professional support across multiple communication channels. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, maintaining CRM data, and supporting sales by generating and following up on leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them courteously during their visit.
- Address customer inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Arrange appointments and ensure timely follow-ups with clients.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system regularly.
- Generate potential leads and nurture them to aid the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales staff to coordinate customer visits and provide updates on orders.
- Resolve customer concerns to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.
- Assist with billing processes, collect customer feedback, and handle after-sales services effectively.
- Support showroom-related activities including events, exhibitions, and promotions.
- Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and customer friendly at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- A soft-spoken, polite, and customer-oriented approach.
- Presentable appearance with professional grooming and a pleasant personality.
- Basic proficiency with computers, including MS Office and WhatsApp; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Capability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
- Previous experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or customer service is preferred.

Compensation
The salary ranges from 25000 to 38000 INR per month, depending on experience, along with performance-based incentives.
