Role overview
This part-time Cleaning Team Member position is a hands-on store support role focused on keeping the location clean, organized, and inviting for customers and coworkers. If you enjoy seeing immediate results from your work and take pride in a spotless environment, this role is designed for you. Part-time employees are assigned to one store for consistency and stability. Full-time employees may work across two locations for a more varied experience.
Key responsibilities
- Keep the store looking its best by cleaning and maintaining windows, service zones, parking spaces, extended parking areas, curbs, dumpster areas, floors, restrooms, food and beverage sections, coolers, freezers, and the surrounding property.
- Take ownership of checking and cleaning service areas, maintaining fuel dispensers, and stocking and cleaning car washes where available.
- Help with snow removal when weather conditions require it.
- Support the store team with any cleaning or upkeep tasks needed to keep the location operating smoothly.
- For full-time team members, be prepared to travel between two store locations; mileage and drive time beyond 15 minutes are reimbursed.
Compensation and additional details
An extra $1.50 per hour is paid for shifts worked between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.
