Cleaning Operative

Job Overview

The Cleaning Operative position involves thoroughly cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to ensure high levels of customer and client satisfaction. Duties may vary depending on the specific Aramark location, reflecting client needs and business priorities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cleaning of all assigned zones.
• Properly use and store cleaning equipment as required.
• Regularly inspect equipment, reporting any faults or malfunctions.
• Confirm equipment safety and operational status.
• Support linen management systems where necessary.
• Conduct additional deep cleaning or spring cleaning activities when necessary.
• Utilize on-site washing machines for internal laundry tasks if applicable.
• Adhere strictly to Health and Safety Regulations and Fire Policies.
• Notify management promptly about any hazards.
• Maintain hygiene standards for all facility components.
• Address customer feedback or complaints following company and component guidelines.
• Maintain high personal hygiene standards including proper clothing, footwear, and headgear at all times.
• Engage in company training to enhance job performance.
• Propose improvements and implement necessary corrective measures.
• Comply with any other reasonable tasks assigned by Aramark Management.
